Cucina is Italian for kitchen. Lorraine Ranalli initially created Cucina Chatter as a blog to accompany her humorous cultural tome “Gravy Wars.” Having spent a lifetime behind the microphone, it was only natural for Lorraine to expand her social media platform to broadcast.
Lorraine Ranalli, the self-proclaimed Cook Next Door and Saucy Chef, is best known as a Philadelphia radio personality. Gravy Wars | South Philly Foods, Feuds & Attytudes (2009 Folger Ross Publications) is Ranalli’s entertaining narrative/cookbook about the Italian-American culture. In 2006, Ranalli took her media savvy to the corporate environment, consulting on effective means of communication and providing guerrilla-marketing solutions. In addition to delivering presentations on Corporate Communication, Ranalli trains business professionals in public speaking and business writing.
